ICE Corporate Program (iCP) – Flexpreis Europa Business

With the ICE high-speed train from Brussels to Frankfurt

With ICE, you can travel from Brussels via Cologne to the heart of Frankfurt in less than three hours. With seven round trips per day between Brussels and Frankfurt, this luxury train offers you a high level of comfort, both in 1st and 2nd class. All ICE coaches have sockets (220V) and there is free WiFi on board. There is also enough space to work and in the bistro car you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. With ICE you can also reach many other German destinations, such as Bonn, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Hanover, Berlin, Freiburg or Stuttgart.

Note: travelling with ICE from Brussels Midi to Frankfurt city center is up to 4 times greener than the car, and even up to 10 times greener than traveling by plane (Source: Ecopassenger.org)

 

The ICE Corporate program (iCP) for companies and business travellers

iCP is a program specially developed for companies that regularly travel to Germany with ICE. The iCP contract is offered free of charge and offers you a discount on the Flexpreis Europa Business rate.

The applicant / company undertakes to:

  • To officially include ICE in its transport policy for journeys from Belgium / the Netherlands to Germany (Aachen, Cologne, Frankfurt).
  • Achieving a minimum turnover figure of € 2000 / year for ICE travel.

Your corporate discount on the Flexpreis Europa Business rate:

  • 8,5% discount on Flexpreis Europa Business in 1st class, no discount in 2nd class.

  • Ticket validity: 5 days. The travel day and train are freely selectable from 1 day before to 3 days after the chosen travel day.
  • Cancellation: free of charge up to 6 months after the last day of the validity period
